Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your EasyQuiz subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically be moved to the Free Plan.

How Cancellation Works

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
• Your paid features remain available until your current subscription period ends.
• After your subscription expires, your account will automatically continue on the Free Plan.
• You will not be charged for any future renewals after your cancellation has been processed.
• Cancellations and Plan changes can be made from the Account Profile Page.

Billing and Renewals

Your account displays your most recent renewal date and your next renewal date (if applicable). Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate your current subscription.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide full or partial refunds for the current billing period, including if you choose to cancel before your subscription expires.
